TOOTSIE ROLL DRIVE
September 16th - 18th
Please mark on your calendar the shift to which you have been assigned for our 2005 Tootsie Roll Drive (work list arriving soon). If you are unable to fulfill your assignment, please find a replacement and contact your crew leader.
As you know, this fundraiser, which is a national event for our organization, supports programs for the mentally
challenged. Thus, please remember that your willingness to
donate a bit of your time and effort truly makes a difference in the lives of others.
We thank Jim Schulte for his dedicated service as chairman of this worthy cause!
KC Soccer Challenge
On Sunday, September 25th, at 3:00 pm, Deputy Grand Knight Shane Bowen and Nathan Henss will host a KC Soccer Challenge, the Supreme
Office's new program, at the Mater Dei soccer field (behind All Saints Academy). Open to 10 - 14 year old boys and girls, this event challenges the contestants' abilities to score in specific areas of the goal. Winners will then advance to the
tournament's next level.
We thank Shane and Nathan for accepting the challenge of implementing this new program!
